No matter your challenges, this coaching journey begins by exploring the place you are leading from because this shapes your entire experience.

We explore your experience more deeply, building awareness of the inner landscape shaping how you lead, relate and respond to the world around you.

As leaders explore and understand the place they are leading from, leadership becomes a different and more dynamic experience. New possibilities emerge at both a practical and profound level. The changes within them begin to ripple through the relationships, cultures and systems around them.

Leadership Exploration Coaching - 3, 6, 12 months

This is a space to explore your experience of leadership alongside someone deeply experienced in leadership, human behaviour and change.

Together, we explore the landscape you are leading from and the ways it shapes how you experience yourself, other people and the world around you.

Online over 3, 6 or 12 months, we work with the real situations, relationships, challenges and questions emerging in your leadership and life as they unfold.

What emerges is a deeper understanding of yourself, others and the wider context and new possibilities for how you lead within it.

Over time, leaders find they are able to navigate leadership with greater clarity, capacity and ease without losing themselves within it.

Designed to create the conditions for deeper exploration, reflection and meaningful shifts in how you experience leadership.

Together, we explore the patterns, perspectives and narratives shaping your experience of leadership, alongside the real challenges, decisions and opportunities you are navigating.

We consider the strategic choices, relationships and opportunities ahead, exploring what becomes possible when viewed through a wider lens.

Held within the beautiful landscapes of the North Devon coast over multiple days, these immersive explorations create room to slow down, take the weight off your mind and see yourself, your leadership and the opportunities before you more clearly.
